세비야의 음악 공원
세비야의 음악 공원은 비세야의 바리오 데 네스트라 세뇨라 델 아길라(Barrio de Nuestra Señora del Águila)와 바라오 데 라 무지카(Barrio de la Música) 사이에 위치한다.

공원은 현재 시설이 부족하고, 역사적으로 주변 구역 아길라스와 로스 프루노스 주변을 분리하고 주민들을 고립시키는 땅으로 알려진 곳에 위치한다.

음악 공원은 도시 재생과 세비야의 지하 인프라스트럭처 작업과 연결된 통합의 측면에서 매우 독특한 마스터플랜을 갖는다. 공원 구역은 32,487㎡이고, 공원 중앙에 있는 코체라 역의 접근과 역 양쪽에 위치한 주택들의 연결을 보장한다.

새롭게 조성된 경관은 주변을 산책하거나 공원의 설계된 구역에서 휴식을 즐기는 것을 돕고, 다양한 도시의 여정을 지속시켜 이를 보다 편리하고 모두에게 접근을 용이하게 한다.

여기에는 다시 살아나 내부적으로 잘 연결되는 더욱 화합하는 도시, 그리고 보다 인간적이고 양질의 옥외 공간을 제공하여 주민들에게 보다 나은 삶의 질을 제공한다는 이중의 목적이 있다.

Music Park in Seville
Plot located between Barrio de Nuestra Señora del Águila and Barrio de la Música in Sevilla.

The Park is located in an existing degraded area, lacking of facilities, and known historically as a land dividing the nearby quarters (Aguilas and Los Prunos neighbourhoods) and isolating their inhabitants.

Parque de la Musica is a unique masterplan in terms of urban renovation and integration linked to Sevilla Underground infraestructure works. The Park area is 32.487㎡ and ensures accessibility to Cocheras Station, located at the centre of the
Park, and the connectivity between the houses located at both sides of the station.

The new landscape created helps to enjoy a walk around it or having a rest in the designated areas of the park, and the continuity of the different urban itineraries, making them more convenient and accessible for everybody.

There is a dual purpose: a more cohesive city, regenerated and with better internal connections, and providing a more human and better quality outdoor space and therefore better quality of life for their inhabitants.
