The Dublin Docklands Open Air Bath seeks to create a new and open public space that will energize the newly developed surrounding area. A catalyst for growth of new social activity, this public bath also serves as a link across the Grand Canal, consolidating the Docklands Area and continuing an important passage through the city of Dublin. Consisting of a children’ pool, diving pool, semi-Olympic pool, changing facilities, and a cafe, this addition to the Dublin Docklands maximizes the potential for social development and land development. 더블린 도클랜드 야외 풀장은 최근 개발된 인접지역에 활력을 줄 새롭고 열린 공공공간을 창조하려 노력한다. 새로운 사회적 활동의 성장을 위한 촉매인 공공 풀장은, 또한 도클랜드 지역을 통합하고 더블린시로 가는 중요한 통로인 대운하를 가로지르는 고리로서 도움이 된다. 어린이용 수영장, 잠수용 수영장, 세미올림픽 수영장, 변화되는 기능, 그리고 카페로 이루어졌고, 또한 더블린 도클랜드 지역은 사회 개발 및 토지 개발을 위한 잠재력을 확대한다. (글·자료제공 JDS Architects)
