환경과조경

백석동천은 서울 종로구 부암동 115번지 일원에 위치하며, 면적은 50,861㎡로, 백악산북악산의 옛 이름 뒷자락 북한산을 배경으로 한 백사골에 조성된 별서를 포함한 정원유적이다. 현재 건물지 및 연지, 각자바위 등은 자연과 인공이 화합하는 순응의 미학을 공간적, 지형적으로 연계시키고 있다. 2005년 3월 25일 사적 제462호로 지정되었다가 2008년 1월 8일 명승 제36호로 변경되었다.
Baekseokdongcheon which is located in 115, Buamdong, Jongno-gu, Seoul is 50,861㎡ area. The aesthetics of adaptation is connected spatially, topographically and functionally with Anchae, Sarangchae and Pond, Intaglio rock. It was appointed as a Scene Site No.36 in 8th, January, 2008.
