Sonofelice has been created for VVIP customers to provide the all-year-round resort having a private terrace and penthouse which are reserved for the highest class. It is also build as a residential resort with the highquality leisure facilities including golf, horse-riding, spa therapy and medical services with a medicare center.The compound word ‘Sonofelice’ is formed form the word ‘sono’ and ‘felice’ which are from Italy ; ‘sono’ means a dream or utopia and ‘felice’ means a happiness or pleasure. Therefore, the ‘Sonofelice’ stands for ‘living utopia with happy life’ and corresponds with the development concept that provides the second house for the highest class.The resort largely consists of 8 tower buildings and 7 terrace houses. In the middle of the unit, there are a clubhouse and tower centre. The clubhouse provide a swimming pool, a fitness centre, an exclusive club lounge and a spa therapy. The tower center has a luxury restaurant, a lounge, a banquet room and so on. Moreover, it is constructed par 3 golf course, theme gardens, waterfall and walkway in outdoor space with the concept of water, forest, relaxation.홍천 비발디파크 단지 내에 새로 개장한 ‘소노펠리체’는 기존의 리조트와 달리 365일 언제나 별장처럼 이용가능한 개인전용의 테라스하우스와 펜트하우스형 객실이 따로 마련되어 있을 만큼 최상위층(VVIP)을 위한 리조트로, 골프, 승마, 스파테라피 등의 고급 레저시설과 메디케어센터 등 의료서비스 시설을 갖춘 주거용 4계절 복합 레저휴양단지로 조성되었다.‘소노펠리체’라는 이름은 이태리어로 꿈과 이상향을 뜻하는‘sono’와 행복과 즐거움을 뜻하는‘felice’의 합성어로 ‘꿈처럼 행복한 삶을 누리는 이상향’이란 뜻으로, 최상위층을 위한 고품격 세컨드 하우스(second house)라는 개발개념과도 잘 부합된다. 팔봉산과 홍천강으로 둘러싸인 비발디파크 내 두능산 자락을 등뒤로 하여 들어선 소노펠리체는 비발디파크 내에서도 가장 여유롭게 독립된 단지로, 프랑스 건축가 데이비드 피에르 잘리콩(David Pierre Jalicon)이 건축설계를 맡았다. 건축 디자인은 한국 전통의 풍수지리와 유럽 전통건축 문화를 현대적으로 접목하는 것을 주된 모티브로 하여 하늘로 높이 솟은 다이아몬드와 비상하는 새의 날개를 형상화 하였다. 소노펠리체는 크게 8개동의 타워와 7개동의 테라스하우스 건축물과 Par3 골프코스, 주제정원, 계단폭포, 산책로 등의 조경공간으로 구성되어 있다. 건축물은 경사지라는 입지조건에 따라 전면에는 저층형 테라스하우스가, 후면에는 타워동이 들어서 있으며, 중앙부 축선을 따라 수영장, 휘트니스센터, 회원전용라운지, 테라피 스파 등을 갖춘 클럽하우스와 고급 레스토랑, 라운지, 연회장 등을 갖춘 타워센터가 자리하고 있다.조경공간은 ‘sono’와 ‘felice’라는 전체 테마에 부합하도록 비발디파크주변의 풍부한 자연환경이단지 내로 자연스럽게 이어질 수 있도록 하는데 주안점을 두었다. 이에 따라 “스며드는 자연을 내 품 안에 담고…”를 주제로 ‘물의 연출’, ‘숲속의 향기’, ‘쉼의 재창조’라는 세부 컨셉이 도출되었으며, 폭포와 분수, 상징가로 및 단풍터널, Par3 골프장, 개인정원, 산책로 등 각각의 컨셉에 걸맞는 시설들이 도입되었다.조경설계 및 감리 _ (주)벽송엔지니어링조경시공 _ (주)대명건설발주 _ (주)대명레저산업위치 _ 강원도 홍천군 서면 팔봉리 1290-14대지면적 _ 129,144㎡조경면적 _ 18,310.58㎡

Seongnam City Hall is opened more 30% rate in the total ratio to be public spaces that citizens take a walk or a rest, seeing, feeling and culture spaces for various events & concerts, movie viewings, weddings and skating.Landscape space is also to make high accessibility as a cultural space for them and is focused on feeling of green nature. So that, Seongnam City Hall is born again as a rest space and neighbor park with creations: a citizen plaza, a pine tree yard and a big sized performance hall, of course, with administrative services. Followed a driveway of the City Hall, visitors firstly see a floor fountain at the entrance on a citizen plaza with illumination colonnades in a row. As a usual, it is just wide open space, but is made to be used of a multipurpose space in events.A wide pond reflected government buildings is formed in the front side of a big sized performance hall, and music fountain is established at the center in the pond. The opposite side with stages and stands gives a sense of rhythmical movement from music fountain and outdoor performance. Otherwise, pine trees in the front side of office building is overwhelmed to capture of citizens and provides enough spaces to take a rest for a while. A small brook and ecological pond under pine trees provide also observational learning for nature.성남시 중원구 여수동에 위치한 성남시청사는 2007년 턴키설계로 진행되었으며 2010년 1월에 완공되었다. 최근에 지어진 대규모 청사 중 하나로, 이전 청사와는 다른 비전을 담고 있다. 먼저 분당 신도심과 성남 구도심이 만나는 곳에 입지하여 신구도심의 화합을 유도하고, 청사를 넘어 지역의 문화공간이자 시민의 장으로 기여하고자 했다.이와 같은 설계개념은 소통, 자연, 문화의 결을 만들고 외부공간을 잘 만들어진 공원으로 환원하는 것이다. 3만㎡의 넓은 외부공간의 시원한 개방감을 유지하면서 기존의 비닐하우스 경작지로 쓰였던 넓은 평지와 성남대로가 면한 입지에 공간감을 주기위한 숲을 조성했다. 설계 과정에서 “결”을 형상화한 부분과 수공간의 규모가 다소 축소되었으나 분명한 숲과 넓은 잔디의 재미있는 수공간들이 이러한 개념을 충분히 반영하고 있음을 보여준다. 시공상 주안점은 세부 시설의 디테일을 미려하게 마감하는데 중점을 두었다.수경시설의 Water Detector와 Over Flow를 비롯한 음악분수의 배관이나 노즐이 노출되지 않도록 하여 가동 시에 음악분수로, 미가동 시에는 잔잔한 거울못으로 기능하도록 했다. 또한 경계석 사용을 지양하여 포장과 녹지의 Edge가 자연스럽게 이어지도록 하였으며, 미관상 저해요소는 기능을 유지하면서 시각적으로 두드러지지 않도록 세심한 시공에 주력하였다. 성남시청사가 시민들에게 친근하고 질 높은 문화 혜택을 제공하며 너른 들에서 맘껏 뛰놀고 숲에서 피크닉을 하는 사람들로 붐비는 문화공원이 되길 바란다.조경설계 _ (주)신화컨설팅시공 _ 현대건설(주)발주 _ 성남시청위치 _ 경기도 성남시 중원구 여수동 200대지면적 _ 74,452.50㎡연멱적 _ 72,746.64㎡조경면적 _ 29,262.58㎡

It is a similar concept as seen on a version issued by October, 2009, which is the frame of building a core space of a garden at plants by the utilization of waste water from food factory. In other words, some part shared with details or structures, the title of this work is named of ‘'Garden of Water II’'. When a plant moved and established, it was a beginning of the alternation of an advanced system with the loss of an existing wastewater treatment facility. There were, naturally, wide rectangular greens at the inside of a plant. Some area was used by a resting place, others, a quite significant scale plated various kinds of trees, were maintained so-called landscape spaces. In-housing training center, not so far from that place, was building; most planted trees were recycled for landscaping works of it, this place could naturally change as water courses with discharged water from a plant.연작이라고 명명할 뚜렷한 이유가 없긴 하지만, 식품공장에서 배출되는 폐수를 이용하여 공장 정원의 핵심공간을 만든 틀은 적어도 전작(2009년 10월호에 소개한 물의 정원과 유사한 개념이고, 어느 면에서 보면 생각의 얼개나 디테일을 공유한 부분도 있으니, 그냥 이번 작품을 “물의 정원 II”라고 불러도 좋을듯하다. 공장이 이전, 증설되면서 기존의 폐수처리시설을 멸실하고 새로운 첨단시스템으로 교체하게 된 것이 정원을 만들게 된 계기가 되었다. 하루에 1천톤 가량의 물이 배출되는데, 전작인 음성공장의 경우와 마찬가지로 이 물을 공장 바깥으로 내보내기 전에 정원 안에 끌어들여 새로운 용도로 활용하고자 한 것이다. 원래 이 공장 안에는 장방형의 넓은 녹지가 있었다. 일부분은 직원들의 휴식공간으로 활용되고 있었고, 나머지 상당한 면적은 여러가지 수목들이 식재되어 있는 이른바‘조경공간’으로 유지되고 있었다. 녹즙공장 이설과 더불어 이곳에서 멀지 않은 곳에 사내 연수원 시설이 만들어지고 있었는데, 때마침 이 녹지공간에 식재되어 있던 수목들을 대부분 연수원 조경공사에 재활용하게 되면서, 자연스럽게 이 공간이 공장 배출수를 이용한 수공간으로 전환될 수 있었다. 장방형 녹지의 형태는 여러가지 측면에서 이점을 가지고 있다. 물이 흐르는 방향성을 만들기에 좋고, 공간의 시각적 소실효과를 만들기에도 적당하다. 생태적인 측면에서도 물이 긴 수로와 같은 공간을 천천히 통과하면서 미미하게나마 정수효과를 기대할 수도 있었다. 특히 이 녹지의 배후에 줄지어 남아있는 좁고 높다란 은행나무들의 형상과도 좋은 조화를 이룰 것으로 보았다.위치 _ 충청북도 증평군 도안면면적 _ 약 7,000㎡설계기간 _ 2009. 3 ~ 2009. 5공사기간 _ 2009. 6 ~ 2009. 9설계총괄 _ 박승진 소장(조경설계 서안 / studio loci)설계담당 _ 강영걸 과장, 윤일빈, 김수민(조경설계 서안 / studio loci)설계참여 _ 전완석조감도 _ 박주삼 소장(토둔미술)시공 _ 랜테크이앤씨(주)(대표 김유진), 태극조경(주)(대표 금교식)건축주 _ (주)풀무원
